Your brand, everywhere your customers meet you.
One kit holds your logo, colours and words. Your pages, receipts, texts and AI replies all follow it — change it once and every location follows the same day.
Logo · Colours · Words · Every surface
Every message sounds like your team wrote it.
Set how you sound once — warm, plain, formal, however you talk. Reminders, confirmations and assistant replies keep that voice without anyone rewriting them.
Reminders · Confirmations · Assistant replies
Run many brands without repeating yourself.
Set what the organizations you manage inherit, lock the parts that must not change, and let each one adjust the rest. One update reaches all of them.
Inherit · Lock · Adjust
Three steps, then it takes care of itself
Set how you look, set how you sound, publish. Everything your customers see follows from there.
Set your kit
Upload a logo and pick your colours and fonts. A live preview shows a page, a receipt and a message before you publish anything.
Set your voice
Choose how you sound and list the words you prefer — and the ones you never want used.
Publish once
Your pages, receipts, tickets, emails, texts and assistant replies all pick up the change together.
One brand, kept consistent for you
Simple to set. Impossible for a stray template to ignore.
Exceptions where you want them
A seasonal header on your store, a plainer look on printed slips, one location with its own mark — set the exception once and it applies only there.
On brand before it goes out
Paste a draft and get a plain check against your voice, with a rewrite in your own words when you want one.
Brands you manage, together
Organizations you manage inherit what you set, keep what you lock, and adjust the rest themselves.
Branding, answered.
A brand kit is your visual identity held in one place: brand name, tagline, colors, fonts, corner style, light or dark theme, logo and favicon, and the name your email goes out under. Every organization has one. You edit it as a draft and publish it when you are happy, and from that moment every surface the platform renders on your behalf reads the published copy — your public pages, checkout and booking screens, confirmation and reminder emails, text messages, receipts, tickets, certificates and printed documents. There is nothing to copy between apps: change a color once and everything that carries your name changes with it.
Your brand kit has a second half: how you sound. You set six tone dials (formality, warmth, energy, humor, directness, confidence), the traits you answer to, wording you prefer, wording never to use, a greeting and sign-off, how you feel about emoji and exclamation marks, a reading level and a language. When you save it, the platform compiles that into a short instruction block and publishes it into the shared context every AI surface reads — chat replies, your embedded chatbot, and the writing assist inside the apps. They follow it before they write anything, so an answer sounds like you rather than like generic software. A do-not-say term always beats a preferred one, so the words you have ruled out stay out.
Yes. On top of your one brand kit you can add overlays: targeted adjustments that only apply in a particular situation. An overlay says when it applies — a surface (a public page, a receipt, a certificate), an audience (customers, staff, partners), a channel (web, email, text, print), one of your locations, or a moment such as a welcome, a confirmation, a reminder, a recovery message after something went wrong, or a seasonal promotion — and what it changes, in the visual kit, the voice, or both. A more specific overlay beats a less specific one, and you can set a start and end date for something like a seasonal palette. The overlay tester shows you exactly which ones matched and why before you rely on them.
If your organization manages others, each one has its own brand kit and can inherit from yours: anything it has not set falls back to your published kit, so a new organization is on-brand from day one. You can lock specific fields — a logo, a primary color, the brand name — and a locked field keeps your value no matter what the managed organization sets. And you can propagate: push your brand down to some or all of them at once, either filling in only what they have left blank (their own choices survive) or resetting their values to yours. You can include the brand voice, and choose whether the change lands as a draft they review or is published straight away.
Upload from the assets page in the branding dashboard. Each file has a kind — logo, dark-mode logo, favicon, email header, wordmark, background pattern, share image or font — and only one of each kind is current at a time, so replacing a logo swaps it everywhere without you hunting for the old copies. Raster images get sized variants generated automatically; vector logos are kept as they are. Files are hosted on your branding domain and served over plain public links, because the places that need them — email clients, printers, and the preview cards that appear when someone shares your link — arrive without any credentials. Your social share image is generated from your published kit if you never upload one.
Yes. Describe your organization in a few sentences — what it does and how it should feel — and the brand studio proposes a complete starting point: a palette, fonts, and a voice with tone, wording and a do-not-say list. You can hand it colors to build around, or paste copy you have already written so it learns how you sound. Nothing is applied automatically. Every suggestion arrives as a proposal that explains what it would change and why, and you accept it, edit it, or reject it. Accepting writes your draft, which you still have to publish. The studio also works on text you already have: check a message against your voice to see what breaks the rules, or rewrite it in your voice and see exactly what changed.
One call resolves the whole brand for a situation: GET /v1/branding/{orgId}/resolve on the platform API, with your organization key. The format parameter picks what you get back — kit returns the visual payload (colors, logo, fonts, initials, share image), css returns ready-to-use custom properties for your stylesheet, prompt returns the voice instruction block to put into a system prompt, and full returns everything together with which overlays matched. Pass the context you are rendering for — surface, audience, channel, location, moment — or just describe it in plain language and let the platform work the dimensions out. AI agents reach the same thing over MCP as the resolve_brand tool, alongside tools for editing and publishing the kit, the voice and the overlays.
